Kevin Todd’s exhibition called chroma 256b was held at CoDA a few months ago.
This is one of his artwork.
Each coloured square was chosen by one individual from their country, something about their favourite colour. This research was carried out among different age groups. As you can see from the picture above (UNDERWORLD: USA), most of the colours were dull and depressing, including the words.
Honestly, before I acknowledged this exhibition, I thought it was meant for textiles.
